Overview

Teams provide centralized management for users, organizations, usage, billing, and administrative controls. A team can include an organization and can manage usage across multiple members. Use a team when work should be managed at the group level rather than through individual accounts.

How To Get There

When self-service team upgrades are available:
  1. Open the Davinci Browser.
  2. Open account settings or the upgrade flow.
  3. Choose the Team upgrade option.
  4. Enter a team name and billing frequency.
  5. Complete checkout.
  6. Open the Team hub after checkout.
Enterprise deployments may provision teams through an administrator instead of the public checkout flow.

What Teams Manage

Teams can manage:
  • Members and invitations.
  • Roles and permissions.
  • Team usage and spending controls.
  • Team billing and subscriptions.
  • Organizations associated with the team.
  • Projects owned by users or organizations within the team.
  • Audit and administrative visibility.

Team members may see different tabs based on permissions, such as Overview, Members, Billing, and Settings. See Teams for the broader team management model.

Canceling Or Leaving

If you need to leave or disband a team, review Cancel Or Unsubscribe and your team settings before making changes.
