Overview
Davinci deployments can be self-serve, enterprise-managed, or privately administered. Because of that, billing is best understood as one part of account, organization, and team management rather than the center of every workflow. For current public pricing and enterprise options, see Celedon pricing.Individual Plans
Individual plans apply to user accounts. Paid individual tiers can unlock higher limits, more included usage, on-demand usage options, more storage, and organization creation. See Individual Plans for the public self-serve plan comparison. To change an individual plan, see Change An Individual Plan.Included Usage And On-Demand Usage
Included usage is the usage provided with a subscription or deployment allocation. On-demand usage, when available, lets eligible users or teams continue using paid AI features after included usage is exhausted. Not every deployment exposes the same billing controls. Enterprise deployments may manage usage and access centrally.Storage
Storage limits apply to uploaded files and project data. Storage can be associated with a user account, organization, or team depending on who owns the project and how the deployment is configured.Organizations
Organizations can own projects, manage members, and carry their own storage and administrative controls. Paid user tiers can unlock organization creation in self-serve deployments. See Organizations and Add An Organization.Teams
Teams provide centralized management for users, organizations, projects, usage, billing, and governance. A team can include an organization and can manage usage for multiple members. See Teams and Upgrade To A Team.Where To Manage Billing
Depending on your permissions and deployment:- Individual users manage personal plan and usage from account settings.
- Organization admins manage organization storage and project ownership settings.
- Team admins manage team-level billing, member usage, organization access, and administrative controls.
- Enterprise users may need to contact their system administrator.
