Overview

Individual plans apply to user accounts. Use this page when you want to change a personal subscription tier, manage payment details, or understand where individual usage controls live. Enterprise and private deployment users may not see these self-serve billing controls. If your deployment is managed by an administrator, follow your organization’s access and usage process.

How To Get There

  1. Open the Davinci Browser.
  2. Click your avatar.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Go to Billing.
  5. Use Upgrade / Change Plan or Manage where available.
You can also open the public upgrade flow at /~/upgrade when it is available in your deployment.

What You Can Change

Depending on your deployment and current plan, you may be able to:
  • Upgrade from Free to a paid individual tier.
  • Move between individual tiers.
  • Switch billing frequency where supported.
  • Manage payment details in the Stripe customer portal.
  • Enable or limit on-demand usage.
  • Review included usage and trial usage.

Downgrades And Limits

Before downgrading, check project limits, storage limits, and usage behavior. If your current account exceeds the target plan’s limits, you may need to archive, transfer, delete, or reduce usage before the change can complete.
