Overview
The Davinci Administration panel is the operational workspace for managing a Davinci deployment. It is separate from the normal Browser and Editor workflows. Open the panel from the Davinci Browser or at/admin. You must have an assigned system role. The pages and actions available to you depend on your effective permissions, tenant access, deployment type, and payment configuration.
Access And Scope
System Roles
The Administration panel is visible to authorized system-role users. Seeing a page does not guarantee that every action on it is available: the API checks the permissions required for each operation. System roles are different from project and organization roles. For an explanation of resource ownership and inherited access, see Roles And Permissions.Tenant Context
The Tenant Context selector filters supported administration views and determines the editing scope for tenant-aware configuration:- All Tenants shows platform-wide data and uses global scope where a page supports global configuration.
- A specific tenant limits supported views to that tenant and uses tenant scope where overrides are supported.
Not every page is tenant-scoped. Always use the scope indicator and page filters as the source of truth for the operation you are performing.

Deployment Differences
The panel adapts to the deployment:- Self-hosted deployments do not show commercial Billing, Billing Health, Roles, or Tenants pages.
- Stripe Catalog appears only when a payment provider is enabled.
- Some controls appear only for particular system roles or configured integrations.
Safe Administration Workflow
- Confirm the environment and Tenant Context.
- Search for and reopen the target resource before changing it.
- Review the current value, downstream effects, and any warning shown by the panel.
- Make the smallest scoped change that solves the problem.
- Confirm the result and re-read the affected resource.
- Review Audit And Operational History after high-impact changes.
High-Impact Actions
Take additional care with actions that:- Permanently delete a user or project.
- Remove the final administrator capable of recovering the deployment.
- Change login providers, directory identifiers, or credential policy.
- Change subscriptions, credits, storage limits, or payment-provider references.
- Send a broadcast or mandatory email to many users.
- Disable new connections or close active projects.
- Publish LLM routing to connected Design Engines.
