Overview
Cancellation behavior depends on whether you are managing an individual plan, an organization, a team, or an enterprise-managed deployment.
Before canceling, export important data, review project ownership, and make sure you understand what happens to usage, storage, organizations, and team membership.
Individual Plans
To cancel an individual plan when self-service billing is available:
- Open the Davinci Browser.
- Click your avatar.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Billing.
- Under Subscription click Manage
- Use the Stripe customer portal or cancellation controls available for your plan.
If your account is managed by an enterprise deployment, contact your administrator instead.
Leaving A Team
If you are a team member but not the team owner, you may be able to leave the team from account or team settings. Leaving a team can change where usage and billing are managed for your account.
Disbanding A Team
Team owners may be able to disband a team from team settings. Disbanding a team removes team membership and can affect access, billing, included usage, and team-managed organizations.
Disbanding is a high-impact action. Confirm project ownership and exports before proceeding.
Organizations
Organization billing and storage may be direct, team-managed, or enterprise-managed. Review organization ownership and project ownership before canceling a related plan or storage tier.
Data Warning
Deleting an account, disbanding a team, deleting an organization, or canceling a plan can affect access to projects and stored data. Export important work before making irreversible changes.
