Overview

Groups provide centralized management for users, organizations, AI usage, billing, and administrative controls. A group can manage multiple organizations, shared credit pools, and per-member spending limits under a single subscription. Use a group when billing and usage should be managed centrally rather than through individual subscriptions.

How To Get There

When self-service group upgrades are available:
  1. Open the Davinci Browser.
  2. Open Group from your avatar menu (/team), open your account billing settings, or go directly to /upgrade/team.
  3. Choose Get Started with Davinci Group / Upgrade to Group.
  4. Enter a Group Name and select a Billing Frequency (Monthly or Yearly, billed per full seat).
  5. Click Continue to Checkout and complete payment.
  6. After checkout, you are taken to the Group management page (/team).
If you are upgrading from an individual Core or Max plan, your personal subscription is automatically cancelled with proration when you join the new group, and the group plan covers your account from then on. Enterprise deployments may provision groups through an administrator instead of the public checkout flow.

What’s Included In A Group Plan

  • Included AI Usage — included AI usage for every full seat each billing period, plus configurable per-member on-demand spending limits.
  • Storage & Projects — 10 GB storage per member, 5 GB shared organization storage, and unlimited projects and collaborators.
  • Seats & Controls — includes 5 read-only seats at no extra cost, centralized billing and unified invoicing, and per-member spend budgets.
  • Organizations — create new organizations in the group or link existing organizations so their storage and billing are managed centrally.

Group Management Tabs

Group members see tabs on the Group page (/team) based on their permissions, including Overview, Members, Organizations, Activity, Wallet & Limits, Plan & Invoices, and Settings. See Groups for the complete group management guide.

Canceling, Leaving, Or Disbanding

If you need to leave or disband a group, review Cancel Or Unsubscribe and your group settings before making changes.
