Unsubscribing from Davinci using Davinci

Log in to Davinci

Visit https://davinci-app.com/account and log in. This should open your User Account.

Access your Stripe Account

Click on Manage Subscription in the Account Screen. You will be redirected to a Stripe Subscription Management page.

Cancel Your Subscription

From within Stripe, click the Cancel Subscription button. Continue following prompts from Stripe until you have successfully cancelled your subscription.

Unsubscribing from Davinci using Stripe

Log in to Davinci

Visit The Celedon Solutions Stripe Customer Portal and log in with the same email you used to purchase your Davinci subscription.

Check your email

Stripe will email you a link that you can use to access your account details. Click on this link to access your account.

Cancel Your Subscription

From within Stripe, click the Cancel Subscription button. Continue following prompts from Stripe until you have successfully cancelled your subscription.
Cancelled subscriptions will expire at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your account until the billing date listed in your Account Screen.

Enterprise Users

For Enterprise Users, please contact support at [email protected] to unsubscribe.
Once your account expires, all project data will be deleted. This is an unrecoverable operation. Be sure to export any important data before Unsubscribing from Davinci
