Unsubscribing from Davinci using Davinci

Open Billing Settings

Go to https://davinci-app.com/~/settings/billing.

Access your Stripe Account

Click the Manage button next to Stripe Account. You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.

Cancel Your Subscription

From within Stripe, click the Cancel Subscription button. Continue following prompts from Stripe until you have successfully cancelled your subscription.

Unsubscribing from Davinci using Stripe

Log in to Stripe

Visit The Celedon Solutions Stripe Customer Portal and log in with the same email you used to purchase your Davinci subscription.

Check your email

Stripe will email you a link that you can use to access your account details. Click on this link to access your account.

Cancel Your Subscription

From within Stripe, click the Cancel Subscription button. Continue following prompts from Stripe until you have successfully cancelled your subscription.
Cancelled subscriptions will expire at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your account until the billing date listed in the Billing tab of your Account Settings.

Enterprise Users

For Enterprise Users, please contact support at support@celedon.solutions to unsubscribe.
Once your account expires, all project data will be deleted. This is an unrecoverable operation. Be sure to export any important data before Unsubscribing from Davinci.
