If you already have a Davinci Account, you can update your current subscription tier or payment info any time by following these steps:

Managing your Subscription from Davinci

Log in to Davinci

Visit https://davinci-app.com/account and log in. This should open your User Account.

Access your Stripe Account

Click on Manage Subscription in the Account Screen. You will be redirected to a Stripe Subscription Management page.

Update Your Subscription

From within Stripe, click the Update Subscription button in the top right of the screen. Continue following prompts from Stripe until you have successfully changed your subscription to the desired tier.

Log in to Davinci

Visit The Celedon Solutions Stripe Customer Portal and log in with the same email you used to purchase your Davinci subscription.

Check your email

Stripe will email you a link that you can use to access your account details. Click on this link to access your account.

Update Your Subscription

From within Stripe, click the Update Subscription button in the top right of the screen. Continue following prompts from Stripe until you have successfully changed your subscription to the desired tier.

What Happens When You Upgrade Tiers

  • Subscription Upgrades will be charged immediately for the new tier, prorated based on the previous tier value.
  • Your new Subscription Credits will be added to your account immediately.

What Happens When You Downgrade Tiers

  • Subscription Downgrades will also occur immediately.
  • You will receive a pro-rated credit to your account based on previous usage of the higher tier plan.

Enterprise Users

For Enterprise Users, please contact support at [email protected] to change your contract or subscription.
If your account expires or is deleted, all project data will be removed from our servers. This is an unrecoverable operation. Be sure to export any important data before Unsubscribing from Davinci.
