Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further.

You can change your Davinci plan at any time. All plan changes are handled through Davinci’s own pages — you do not need to visit Stripe directly to upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing frequency.

Upgrading from Free

If you are on the Free plan and want to upgrade to Core or Max:

Open the Upgrade page

Go to https://davinci-app.com/~/upgrade. You can also get here from your Billing settings by clicking Upgrade Plan.

Choose a plan and billing frequency

Select Monthly or Yearly using the toggle at the top. Yearly plans include more total credits at a lower effective rate. Then click Upgrade to Core or Upgrade to Max.

Complete checkout

You will be redirected to a checkout page to enter your payment details. After completing payment, you will be returned to Davinci and your new plan will be active.

Switching Between Core and Max

If you are already on a paid individual plan and want to switch to the other:

Open the Upgrade page

Go to https://davinci-app.com/~/upgrade. You can also get here from your Billing settings by clicking Change Plan.

Select the plan to switch to

Click Switch to Core or Upgrade to Max, depending on your current plan. You can also change your billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly) at this time.

Confirm the change

A confirmation dialog will appear explaining the proration. Your account will be credited or charged for the difference immediately. Confirm to apply the change.
Your new plan takes effect immediately. No separate checkout is required when switching between paid plans.

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • Your new plan and Included Usage are applied immediately.
  • If switching from a lower tier, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

What Happens When You Downgrade

  • The downgrade takes effect immediately.
  • You will receive a prorated credit to your account based on the unused portion of your previous plan.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your paid subscription and return to the Free plan:

Open Billing Settings

Open the Stripe Customer Portal

Click the Manage button next to Stripe Account.

Cancel your subscription

From the Stripe portal, click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then revert to Free.
While a cancellation is pending, your Billing settings will show a Cancellation Date instead of a Renewal Date. You retain full access until that date.

Switching to a Team Plan

If you want to move from an individual plan to a Team plan:

Open the Team Upgrade page

Go to https://davinci-app.com/upgrade/team. You can also find a link to this on the Upgrade page or in your Billing settings.

Set up your team

Enter a Team Name and choose a billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly). If you are currently on Core or Max, your individual subscription will be cancelled with a prorated credit when the team plan activates.

Complete checkout

Click Continue to Checkout and complete payment. After checkout, your team will be created and you will be redirected to the Team hub.

Returning to an Individual Plan from a Team

If you leave or are removed from a team, your account reverts to the Free plan. You do not automatically return to your previous individual plan (Core or Max). To re-subscribe, visit the Upgrade page after leaving the team. If the team owner disbands the team, all members — including the owner — revert to the Free plan. See Teams - Leaving or Disbanding for step-by-step instructions.

Updating Payment Information

To update your payment method, view invoices, or review billing history, go to your Billing settings and click the Manage button next to Stripe Account. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can manage payment details.

Enterprise Users

For Enterprise Users, please contact support at support@celedon.solutions to change your contract or subscription.
If your account expires or is deleted, all project data will be removed from our servers. This is an unrecoverable operation. Be sure to export any important data before cancelling your subscription.
